Connecting

to

a

TV

Make

one

of

the

following

connections,

depending

on

the

capabilities

of

your

existing

equipment.

Tips

Depending

on

your

TV

and

other

equipment

you

wish

to

connect,

there

are

various

ways

you

could

connect

the

AV

Receiver.

Please

refer

to

the

manuals

of

your

TV,

VCR,

Stereo

System

or

other

devices

as

necessary

to

make

the

best

connections.

Caution

Make

sure

the

AV

Receiver

is

connected

directly

to

the

TV.

Select

the

correct

AV

input

on

your

TV.

Connection

Connect

the

MONITOR

OUT

jack

on

the

AV

Receiver

to

the

video

in

jack

on

the

TV

using

the

video cable

(V).

Connect

the

VIDEO

IN

jack

on

the

AV

Receiver

to

the

video

out

jack

on

the

TV

using

the

video

cable

(V).

Connect

the

Left

and

Right

AUDIO

IN

jacks

of

the

AV

Receiver

to

the

audio

left/right

out

jacks

on

the

TV

using

the

audio

cables

(A).

Connect

the

S-VIDEO

OUT

jack

on

the

AV

Receiver

to

the

S-Video

in

jack

on

the

TV

using

the

S-Video

cable

(S).

The

signal

of

S-VIDEO

OUT

jack

will

output

only

when

the

unit

is

connected

to

S-VIDEO

IN.

When

you

connect

the

AV

Receiver

to

your

TV,

be

sure

to

turn

off

the

power

and

unplug

both

units

from

the

wall

outlet

before

making

any

connections.
