Operating

Wi-Fi Direct™ connection

Connecting to a Wi-Fi Direct™

certified device

This player can play movie, music and photo les

located in a Wi-Fi Direct™ certied device. The Wi-Fi

Direct™ technology make the player to be directely

connected to a Wi-Fi Direct™ certied device

without connecting to a network device such as an

access point.

[Wi-Fi Direct setting]

1. Press HOME (

) on the remote control.

2. Select [Smart Share], and press Wheel (

3. Select [Settings], and press Wheel (

4. Select [Edit] of Wi-Fi Direct setting in the

[Advanced Setting] and then, press Wheel (

5. Set the [Wi-Fi Direct setting] option to [On].

6. Check the [Connection] by marking for a device

you want.

7. Press the “Yes” to accept the connection of

device you want.

Wi-Fi Direct™ connection will be progressed

with message.

If you want to rescan available Wi-Fi Direct™

device, select the [Re-search].

8. Select the device that is connected by

Wi-Fi Direct™ on the [Linked Device], and press

Wheel (

To select a server from the device list, files or

folders must be shared by DLNA server from the

connected Wi-Fi Direct™ device.

9. Select a le or folder, and press Wheel (

) to

play the le.

10. To disconnect the Wi-Fi Direct, set the option

[O ] or choose the connected device on [Wi-Fi

Direct setting].

For the purpose of the better transmission,

placing the player from the Wi-Fi Direct™

certied server as close as possible.

�

This unit can connect only 1 device at a

time. Multiple connection is not available.

�

If you try to connect wireless network while

a device is connected by Wi-Fi Direct™

function , Wi-Fi Direct™ connection will be

force disconnected.

�

If this player and Wi-Fi Direct™ device

are connected to the different local area

network, Wi-Fi Direct™ connection may not

available.

�

If a Wi-Fi Direct™ certified device is not

in Wi-Fi Direct standby mode, this player

cannot find the device.

�

If you use Wi-Fi Direct function during the

Wi-Fi connection, Wi-Fi network may be

disconnected.
